Available Working Patterns
Full-Time Receptionist
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- Consistent hours and work-life balance
Weekend Receptionist
- 16 hours per week
- Ideal for those looking to supplement existing income
Part-Time / Casual Receptionist
- Flexible 3 to 4-hour shifts
- Perfect for parents, carers, students, semi-retirees, or anyone looking for shorter working days

As a Receptionist, you'll be the first person our residents and visitors meet, making a genuine difference to their experience every day. If you're friendly, organised and enjoy helping people, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing a warm, professional welcome to residents and visitors
- Managing check-ins, check-outs and room allocations
- Answering calls and responding to enquiries
- Issuing visitor passes and supporting site security procedures
- Providing information on facilities, activities and local services
- Supporting resident wellbeing and creating a positive community atmosphere
- Completing administrative tasks and reports accurately
- Working closely with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service
- Assisting with events and resident engagement activities
- Promoting a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment
What We're Looking For
- Previous reception, customer service, hospitality or administration experience is desirable
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Friendly, approachable and professional attitude
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office systems
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
