We're growing our team in Fort Augustus and are keen to hear from people living across the local area, including Fort Augustus, Invergarry, Spean Bridge, Fort William, Drumnadrochit, Inverness and surrounding Highland communities.
Whether you're looking for full-time hours, weekend work, or a role that fits around family commitments, school runs or other responsibilities, we have a range of flexible opportunities available.
We recognise that not everyone wants rotational work patterns or long shifts. That's why we're creating opportunities for local Highland residents to join our team through a variety of flexible working options.
Whether you're looking for a full-time career, weekend work, or shorter shifts around other commitments, there's an opportunity to suit you.
Set against the stunning backdrop of Loch Ness and the Great Glen, our Fort Augustus village provides accommodation and support services for residents working in the area.
We're proud of the welcoming community we've created and are looking for local people who share our passion for great service, teamwork and Highland hospitality.
As a General Assistant, you'll play an important role in helping residents feel comfortable, supported and at home. Your work will contribute directly to creating a clean, safe and welcoming environment where people can relax and recharge after a busy day.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll support both housekeeping and catering operations, helping maintain high standards across accommodation, communal spaces and dining areas.
You'll work alongside a supportive team and become an important part of creating a positive experience for every resident.
If you're hardworking, reliable and enjoy helping people, we'd still love to hear from you. Full training can be provided for the right candidates.
Please note: This role is subject to a DBS check, which will be arranged by the company.
