SUPPORTING COMMUNITIES TO THRIVE
At Sodexo, we believe business can be a force for good. Across the UK and Ireland, we work with colleagues, clients, and partners to tackle food insecurity and create positive change in local communities.
The Stop Hunger Foundation, founded by Sodexo, has spent 20 years tackling food insecurity. From providing meals to addressing root causes of hunger, the Foundation empowers communities, colleagues, clients, and partners to create lasting impact.
The Foundation reached 1.3 million people across 61 communities.
We deliver change through four key pillars, with 100% of donations going directly to charity partners because Sodexo covers all administrative costs.
Mobilising our networks to generate funds for local communities.
Providing project and core-cost grants to charities tackling food poverty, job skills, and literacy.
Making three paid days per year available to every Sodexo colleague to volunteer or fundraise.
Working with national partners like Trussell, FareShare, SSAFA, and Enactus to share skills and resources.
By 2030, the Stop Hunger Foundation aims to support 12.5 million people in local communities. Every donation, volunteer hour, and partnership helps Sodexo colleagues and clients make a real difference where it matters most
