We are looking for a committed and motivated Integrated Offender Management Unit (IOMU) Prison Offender Manager to join our team at HMP & YOI Bronzefield.
This role plays a vital part in protecting the public, supporting the rehabilitation of women in custody, and reducing the risk of reoffending. You will work closely with prison teams, probation services and external partners to manage offender cases, support resettlement, and help maintain a safe and secure custodial environment.

Manage a caseload of women in custody, providing regular support, motivation and coaching to help them achieve the objectives of their sentence plans.
Complete risk and needs assessments using systems such as OASys and the Basic Custody Screening Tool (BCST).
Develop and coordinate sentence plans in partnership with probation services, prison departments and external agencies.
Prepare and provide reports to support custodial processes including HDC, ROTL, MAPPA and Parole.
Refer individuals to appropriate programmes and interventions to address offending behaviour and resettlement needs.
Maintain accurate case records and contribute to meetings such as Public Protection, MAPPA and Risk Management Boards.

Ability to build professional and pro-social relationships with residents, colleagues and partner agencies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risk and produce clear, well-structured reports.
Good understanding of the factors affecting women in custody and the pathways to reducing reoffending.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines.
Confident communicator who can remain professional when dealing with challenging behaviour.
Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Experience working within criminal justice, custodial environments, probation services, or with vulnerable individuals. A degree in a relevant field such as criminology, sociology or psychology would be advantageous.
Salary:
Up to £33,078.97 plus London Weighting of £3,729.24

37.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
