The Integrated Offender Management Unit (IOMU) sits at the heart of HMP Bronzefield, providing vital administrative support to ensure every prisoner has a purposeful and well-structured plan throughout their sentence and beyond. As an IOMU Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting operational teams and acting as a central point of contact for colleagues and external partners.

Provide comprehensive administrative support, including file management, diary coordination, and handling internal and external correspondence
Act as the single point of contact for Public Protection and Safeguarding matters, ensuring timely communication with relevant agencies
Liaise effectively with external partners such as Probation Services, Social Services, and Courts
Prepare documentation and coordinate meetings for Parole Reviews, Sentence Planning Boards, and other key activities
Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and security requirements while meeting deadlines
Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous improvement

Salary: £24,570 per annum
