About the role

Education Administrator – HMP & YOI Bronzefield

The Education Administrator at HMP & YOI Bronzefield plays a key role in supporting the smooth delivery of education, qualifications, and prisoner progression within the establishment. Working closely with the Education Manager and wider prison departments, the postholder ensures accurate recording of learner data, allocation to purposeful activity, and effective administration of all learning and skills processes. The role is central to maintaining high standards of data accuracy, reporting, and operational efficiency within the Education and Skills function.

HMP Bronzefield is a closed local prison and the largest female prison in the UK and Europe. The prison delivers high-quality, needs-led services that support women to make positive and lasting changes. It supports a diverse population, including mothers with babies, young offenders, women serving a range of sentence lengths, foreign nationals, and those on remand. The site includes residential units, healthcare facilities, workshops, education areas, a gym, library, visits hall, chaplaincy, and kitchen.

Sodexo operates with three core values: Be Positive, Be Courageous, and Be the Difference. We encourage our people to create hope and respect in every interaction, challenge behaviours that do not support a positive environment, and take meaningful action to improve outcomes for those in our care. Every interaction matters, and you will play a vital role in shaping positive routines and behaviours.
