The prison delivers high-quality, needs-led services that support women to make positive and lasting changes. It supports a diverse population, including mothers with babies, young offenders, women serving a range of sentence lengths, foreign nationals, and those on remand. The site includes residential units, a healthcare centre, gym, library, workshops, visits hall, chaplaincy, and kitchen facilities.

Sodexo operates with three core values: Be Positive, Be Courageous, and Be the Difference. We encourage our people to create hope and respect in every interaction, safely challenge behaviours that do not support a positive environment, and take meaningful action to improve outcomes for those in our care.
