What you’ll do:
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness across all kitchen and work areas in line with cleaning schedules and service standards.
- Provide kitchen porter support across the site, using cleaning equipment, chemicals, materials, and PPE safely and correctly.
- Follow all training, health & safety procedures, and management instructions to ensure safe and effective working practices.
- Build positive relationships with customers, clients, managers, and team members through effective communication and teamwork.
- Take responsibility for maintaining tidy workspaces, reporting hazards or faulty equipment, and supporting continuous personal development.
What you bring:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Physically capable of carrying out manual handling duties and operating cleaning equipment safely
- Previous experience within a military or defence environment is desirable
