Based at Unilever 100VE, Blackfriars, London

£14.90 per hour

20 hours per week

Monday to Friday

Fixed Term Contract – 12 Months

We are currently looking for a reliable and proactive Kitchen Porter to join our catering team at Unilever 100VE in Blackfriars. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and supporting a busy kitchen environment.

As a Kitchen Porter, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth running of the kitchen by keeping all areas clean, organised and compliant with health and safety standards. You will support the wider catering team and be comfortable working independently when required.

What you’ll do

• Maintain cleanliness across kitchen and back of house areas
• Wash dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment efficiently
• Support chefs and catering staff with basic kitchen duties
• Ensure all cleaning schedules are completed to a high standard
• Follow food safety and health & safety procedures at all times
• Work proactively and effectively within a busy environment

What you bring

• A positive and reliable attitude
• Ability to work unsupervised and use initiative
• Good understanding of cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Previous kitchen porter or catering experience is desirable but not essential
