About the Role
At Sodexo, we're passionate about delivering exceptional food and hospitality services. We're looking for a Kitchen Porter to join our team at Unilever Four Acres.
This is a vital role within our catering operation, helping to maintain a clean, safe and organised kitchen while supporting the chefs and wider catering team to deliver an excellent service.
What you'll do
- Manage dishwashing and pot washing to ensure kitchen equipment is clean and ready for use.
- Carry out deep cleaning and routine kitchen maintenance.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
- Assist with deliveries, stock movement and storage of supplies.
- Ensure equipment and storage areas are clean, organised and safe.
- Support waste management and recycling procedures.
- Follow all food safety, health and safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Work closely with the catering team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
What you'll bring
- Previous kitchen porter or catering support experience is desirable.
- A positive, reliable and hardworking attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.
- Good understanding of hygiene and health & safety practices.
- Strong teamwork skills and willingness to support colleagues.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards.
