What you'll do
- To ensure that the Company's and statutory regulations regarding hygiene, safety, and cleanliness are complied with and all tasks undertaken according to Safeguard regulations.
- To clean allocated pieces of heavy catering equipment using instructions and cleaning materials including air filter and extraction systems.
- Empty bins and ensure waste is separated as per the regulations
- To dispose of waste materials from catering areas to designated compactors
- To operate industrial dishwashers and glasswashers in all catering areas.
- To transport provisions, equipment and other catering related items as required.
- To maintain clean working environment at all times, with special regard to hygiene
- General Kitchen cleanliness, including deep cleans
What you'll bring
- Strong communication skills
- Basic food hygiene
- Highly motivated.
- Attention to detail.
- Airport Lounge experience would be useful.
- Flexibility required accommodating shifts patterns.

- Shifts : 2 x 5am-2pm and 2 x 2pm-2230pm (4 on 2 off)
- MUST be able to provide 5 years of working history in UK & UK address history
- The role will be made permanent upon gaining references for full pass.
