What you'll do
- You have a talent for basic food preparation, working under pressure, and staying organized during service.
- Assisting the receiving and storing of food
- Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills and a strong commitment to teamwork.
- Pick the ingredient according to the recipe / menu and assist your team in food preparation.
- Work collaboratively as a team member to achieve lounge goals.
- Consciously manage food stock levels, while minimising waste.
What you'll bring
- Knowledge of volume catering.
- Understanding of Health and Safety legislation.
- Understanding of Food Hygiene legislation.
- Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- A candidate who is ready to learn and develop.
- To be a confident clear communicator with a good standard of written English, able to follow instructions precisely
