You’ll deliver a range of training sessions across the hospital, always ensuring our people feel supported to have a fulfilling career with Sodexo.

A few things about you
It is vital that you can motivate our people, lead and drive Learning and Development in others. You’ll focus on developing a culture where learning is a given!
A background in training is a must, with experience of working successfully with accrediting and regulatory bodies, implementing associated programmes as required.
If you are a friendly, approachable individual with great communication skills and a passion for customer service, this could be the perfect role for you!
Package Description
A great opportunity has arisen to join our already amazing team here at Royal Stoke University Hospital as a Training Officer!
If you have a background in Training and can effectively deliver training with a passion, supporting the growth of others, then we want to hear from YOU!
£10.51 per hour
40 hours per week
Fixed Term: 6 months full time
Working: Monday - Friday (please note you must be able to be flexible)
