We are now seeking a Facilities Support Coordinator to join our team in Belfast.
What you’lldo:
- Operate an efficient Support Hub, delivering excellent customer service.
- Manage and monitor work orders through to completion, escalating issues when needed.
- Support the delivery of Facilities Management services, including maintenance, compliance, and asset management.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to managers and officers across FM functions.
- Record service requests accurately, follow procedures, and assist with reporting on maintenance and compliance performance.
What youbring:
- Proven experience in helpdesk or call centre environments, with strong customer service and communication skills across all levels.
- Skilled in engaging suppliers and contractors to ensure high performance, with practical experience in facilities management procedures and systems (e.g. CAFM, DMS).
- Strong understanding of engineering compliance, health and safety, risk management, and relevant standards.
- Highly organized with effective planning, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and work order systems, with qualifications equivalent to NVQ.
