Records Officer

Location: Central London (Hybrid), Travel to HQ located in Earnshaw St will be required.

Salary: £29,250

Mon-Fri (37.5 Hours)

Sodexo presents an outstanding opportunity for a Records Officer to join our team, serving a prestigious client in and around central London.

In this pivotal role, you'll provide essential day-to-day records management services and helpdesk support, coordinating box movements, delivering training, and ensuring prompt service delivery.

About You 

Experience and knowledge requirement for this role: 

Certified in Records Management
3+ years of experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Familiarity with FileTrail preferred.
Advantageous to know GxP procedures.
Beneficial to understand relational databases.
Strong customer service understanding.
Team player, and Attention to detail and high accuracy
