Production Administrator

Job Introduction

We currently have an opportunity for a Production Administrator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.

Role Responsibility

  • Input data collected from production teams and trend analysis. 
  • Update OEE charts – Log the daily info into the spread sheets and create weekly graphs
  • Update the “Waste into £” charts weekly
  • Update the downtime charts – for example the Pro-seal down, Altech, wires, LR service Issues, Denesters, Depositors, unknown shortages etc and then pull into weekly & monthly graphs; distribute as required.
  • Support Waste Management project
  • Support any additional projects as required. 
  • Input holidays into department manning spreadsheet and alert any discrepancies.  Maintain Kronos  - add holidays, overtime (when needed) and have it prepared ready for management sign off each Monday
  • Organise investigations & assist in meetings:  booking rooms, recording meeting minutes, scanning the documents. 
  • Update the 5s audit graphs – print data weekly and work alongside the 5s team in HC support them solve issues found.
  • Maintain Kronos  - add holidays, overtime (when needed) and have it prepared ready for sign off each Monday

The Ideal Candidate

Essential

  • Computer literate, with strong knowledge of Excel

  • Good written and verbal English

Desirable

  • Flexible approach to working hours

  • Professional attitude and telephone manner
