This role offers a Business Administrator L3 - with Spirit of Progress as a core value of Sodexo, your personal development will be actively supported.  

In this role you will be working 30hours per week

Sodexo and our clients are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and adults within a regulated activity. This role will require applicants to undergo screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and/ or Disclosure Scotland.  

What you’ll do:
  • Efficiently manage the diary of the Managing Director of Schools.
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings with precision.
  • Handle expense reconciliation with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Assist in coordinating segment events smoothly.
  • Manage communications, including telephone, messages, and mail.
  • Ensure a well-stocked office and home workplace with stationery supplies.
  • Handle mail processing and distribution effectively.
  • Support the marketing department in literature production and distribution.
  • Maintain confidentiality while managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Play a vital role in segment-wide Schools meetings through note-taking.
  • Create purchase orders and manage invoicing queries.
  • Undertake general office administration tasks efficiently.

Eligibility for Apprenticeship:
If you're interested in completing an apprenticeship, here's what you need to know:
  • You should have resided in the UK for the past 3 years or possess "settled status."
  • You must not have acquired similar prior learning.
