Main Responsibilities 

• Supporting the Learning & Performance team, helping things run smoothly

• Handling employee queries and providing useful information

• Keeping records and systems up to date with full training included

• Working with different teams across the business and getting involved in key projects

• Building strong relationships and learning how large organisations operate

 The Ideal Candidate 

• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn—no experience needed

• Strong communication skills and confidence in working with others

• Good organisation and the ability to manage multiple tasks

• Sharp attention to detail and a proactive approach

• Basic Microsoft Office skills—or the willingness to learn

Package Description

• £25,461.07 per annum

• A Level 3 qualification in Data Analyst

• Practical work experience with a global organisation
