Main Responsibilities
Supporting the Learning & Performance team, helping things run smoothly
Handling employee queries and providing useful information
Keeping records and systems up to date with full training included
Working with different teams across the business and getting involved in key projects
Building strong relationships and learning how large organisations operate
The Ideal Candidate
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn—no experience needed
Strong communication skills and confidence in working with others
Good organisation and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Sharp attention to detail and a proactive approach
Basic Microsoft Office skills—or the willingness to learn
Package Description
- £25,461.07 per annum
A Level 3 qualification in Data Analyst
Practical work experience with a global organisation
