We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-focused Housekeeping Floor Captain to join our team within a corporate environment, supporting high standards of hygiene, compliance, and service delivery.

Important location requirement:

Due to the site’s location and early start time, a mode of transport other than public transport is essential. Access to the site involves a long walk along an unlit country road with no pavement, making public transport unsuitable for this role.

What you'll do:

• Carry out scheduled cleaning across office, welfare, and communal areas, maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation in line with GMP and colour-coded systems
• Support laundry operations including sorting, washing, folding, and ensuring timely return of items while maintaining accurate records
• Manage waste streams safely and correctly, including general, recycling, and confidential waste in line with site procedures
• Comply with all health, safety, and COSHH regulations, reporting any issues with equipment, cleanliness, or building defects

What you'll bring:

• Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, or waste management within a corporate, industrial, or regulated environment
• Understanding of cleaning methods, chemicals, COSHH, and health & safety procedures
• Strong attention to detail, organisation skills, and ability to work to schedules and service standards
• A professional, reliable approach with good communication skills and a commitment to high-quality service delivery
