Office Furniture Coordinator

At Sodexo, you'll belong in a team that helps create outstanding workplaces. We're looking for a proactive and organised Office Furniture Coordinator to support our Moves, Adds & Changes (MAC) and Engineering teams, ensuring office spaces are maintained to the highest standards.

This hands-on role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail who enjoys working independently, solving problems and helping create a professional environment for colleagues and visitors.

What you'll do

  • Inspect meeting rooms daily
  • Ensure correct furniture layouts
  • Check room capacities and seating
  • Tidy AV equipment and cable management
  • Test electrical sockets and report faults
  • Report lighting and maintenance issues
  • Reset open-plan workspaces
  • Maintain balcony furniture layouts
  • Clean stained chairs using specialist equipment
  • Allocate reserved desks
  • Support office moves and events
  • Report damaged furniture
  • Assist engineers and contractors when required

What you'll bring

  • Previous facilities or furniture coordination experience
  • Good furniture and workspace knowledge
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • A proactive and organised approach
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic IT skills
  • Experience using maintenance reporting systems (desirable)
  • Experience using cleaning equipment or lifting aids (desirable)
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
