At Sodexo, we know great hospitality is about more than silver service — it’s about energy, organisation, teamwork and creating experiences people remember.
We’re looking for a confident and hands-on Hospitality Supervisor to join our team at Wellington College, one of the UK’s leading independent schools. This is a fast-paced hospitality role where no two days are the same. One day you could be supervising a formal dinner or VIP event, and the next supporting busy student dining operations or leading a team through multiple hospitality functions across site.
If you enjoy leading people, thrive in busy environments and take pride in delivering high standards, this could be the perfect role for you.
