At LVS Ascot, we are proud to provide an outstanding educational environment where excellence is expected in every aspect of school life — including the dining experience we deliver to our pupils, staff, parents and visitors.
In partnership with Sodexo, we are seeking an experienced and highly organised Deputy Catering Manager to support the leadership of our busy and professional catering operation. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, high standards and a passion for delivering exceptional food service within a prestigious independent school environment.
Working closely with the Catering & Events Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of catering services, hospitality operations and compliance standards across the site.
As Deputy Catering Manager, you will support the effective management of all catering and hospitality services, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, customer service and operational efficiency are consistently achieved.
You will also deputise in the absence of the Catering & Events Manager, taking full operational responsibility when required.
We are looking for a confident and professional catering leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding standards.
Experience within education, independent schools or high-volume hospitality environments would be advantageous.
Working with Sodexo at LVS Ascot offers far more than just a job. You’ll become part of a team committed to excellence, wellbeing and professional development within a respected independent school community.
