Join one of Scotland's most prestigious venues and play a key role in delivering outstanding hospitality experiences. We're looking for an inspiring Hospitality Manager who can lead high-performing teams, build lasting client relationships, and oversee exceptional events from initial enquiry through to successful delivery. From high-profile parliamentary functions to bespoke hospitality events, you'll ensure every occasion is delivered with professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to service excellence, creating memorable experiences for every guest.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead exceptional hospitality delivery by ensuring every event and service is expertly planned, prepared and executed to the highest standards.
  • Inspire and develop your team through engaging briefings, coaching, training and performance feedback, creating a motivated and high-performing culture.
  • Champion safety and compliance by maintaining excellent food hygiene, allergen management, health & safety and quality standards across all hospitality operations.
  • Build strong client relationships by working closely with clients and the events team to anticipate needs, resolve challenges and deliver memorable guest experiences.
  • Drive operational excellence by managing stock, administration, maintenance reporting and proactively identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and service.
  • Embrace continuous improvement by leading by example, supporting the wider catering operation when required, and contributing ideas that enhance performance and customer satisfaction.

What you bring:

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate and support a team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with the confidence to prioritise workloads and deliver in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to analyse challenges, identify opportunities and implement improvements.
  • A commitment to continuous development, maintaining high standards, embracing learning opportunities and striving for service excellence.
  • A flexible and positive approach, with the ability to work independently, use initiative and collaborate effectively as part of a wider team.
  • Experience within hospitality or team supervision is desirable, alongside knowledge of food safety, health & safety standards, public sector environments and a willingness to complete Scottish Parliament security checks.
