Working closely with the PMO Lead, Programme Managers and wider project teams, you'll be responsible for managing the Project Management Office (PMO) across multiple programme workstreams. You'll also take ownership of our Project Server data, ensuring reporting is accurate, timely and supports informed decision making.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with senior stakeholders and contribute to projects that create new and improved working environments for our client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of the PMO across multiple programme workstreams.
  • Lead and coordinate PMO activities across project programmes.
  • Raise new projects on Microsoft Project Server (MSPS) and QFM.
  • Maintain project templates and ensure project information remains accurate.
  • Monitor programme milestones and key deliverables.
  • Track project progress and identify risks or issues requiring escalation.

Reporting & Governance

  • Produce weekly milestone reports and programme dashboards.
  • Prepare Look Forward and Look Back reports.
  • Produce Programme of Works (POW) reports.
  • Prepare Lead Sponsor reports and monthly client presentations.
  • Record, monitor and report against annual contract deliverables.
  • Identify programme trends and recommend improvements to governance, efficiency and consistency.

Systems & Administration

  • Manage and maintain Microsoft Project Server data.
  • Administer DocuWare project documentation and reporting cabinets.
  • Raise purchase orders and monitor project expenditure.
  • Raise and monitor works orders within QFM.
  • Monitor OBC, SDR and FBC submissions and maintain programme trackers.
  • Maintain the Projects Inbox and support programme administration.

Stakeholder Management

  • Work collaboratively with Programme Managers, consultants, contractors and client representatives.
  • Translate project information into meaningful business updates for senior stakeholders.
  • Build strong working relationships across the wider project team.
  • Support continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and best practice.

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, analytical and enjoys working in a collaborative project environment.

You'll be confident managing multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail and producing high-quality reports.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar PMO, project coordination or programme support role.
  • Level 5 qualification (or equivalent) in Project Management, Construction, Business Management or another relevant discipline.
