  • Providing day-to-day office support and responding to routine telephone enquiries.
  • Acting as a point of contact for queries and ensuring these are resolved or passed to the appropriate person.
  • Coordinating and arranging meetings and interviews.
  • Preparing meeting rooms and facilities, including arranging stationery, materials and refreshments.
  • Supporting meetings as required, including taking minutes and ensuring rooms are cleared afterwards.
  • Notifying attendees of meetings in advance.
  • Producing clear and accurate meeting minutes for review within three business days.
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with colleagues, customers and clients.
  • Supporting the team with other reasonable administrative duties as required.

What You Bring:

  • Previous administrative experience, ideally gained within a busy office environment.
  • Good IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage your workload.
  • Ability to work accurately and meet tight deadlines.
  • A professional and approachable manner.
  • 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent), or NVQ Business Administration Level 2.

Desirable

  • Previous experience or knowledge of military IT systems.
  • An understanding of, or experience working within, a military environment.

What we offer:
