  • Monitor contractor performance and service delivery standards

Administration & Record Management

  • Maintain accurate inspection reports, damage registers, and correspondence
  • Ensure records are compliant with company policies and procedures
  • Produce reports on repair trends, building conditions, and outstanding issues
  • Support data management and system updates

Stakeholder Liaison

  • Liaise with military accommodation teams and stakeholders regarding damages and repairs
  • Provide guidance on accommodation standards and reporting procedures
  • Respond to queries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
  • Build effective working relationships across multiple departments

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure all inspections and processes comply with health & safety and organisational standards
  • Support audits and compliance reviews through accurate documentation
  • Identify recurring damage trends and non-compliance concerns
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and process development

Cost Recovery & Financial Support

  • Support cost recovery processes relating to occupant or third-party damages
  • Prepare evidence and supporting documentation for claims
  • Assist with tracking repair expenditure and maintaining accurate financial records

What you bring:
