  • Managing and developing a team of service leaders, including the Catering General Manager, Technical Services Manager, Cleaning Manager, Security Supervisor and Mail & Print Key Account Manager.
  • Taking full ownership of operational performance, ensuring all contractual KPIs, SLAs and quality standards are consistently achieved.
  • Building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as the primary operational contact for the London site.
  • Managing the contract's financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, cost control and P&L responsibility.
  • Leading service improvement initiatives that enhance workplace experience, operational efficiency and sustainability.
  • Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety legislation, statutory requirements and company policies.
  • Monitoring performance through audits, inspections and customer feedback, implementing improvement plans where required.
  • Managing contractors and suppliers to ensure safe, compliant and high-quality service delivery.
  • Providing leadership during operational incidents, business continuity events and service recovery situations.
  • Creating a positive, high-performing culture through coaching, engagement and development of your management team.

What we're looking for

We're looking for an experienced Facilities Management professional who can demonstrate:

  • Significant leadership experience within Integrated Facilities Management, ideally in a large corporate or high-profile environment.
  • Experience managing multiple FM service lines, including cleaning, catering, security, technical services or workplace services.
  • Proven experience leading multidisciplinary management teams and developing high-performing colleagues.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budget management, forecasting and P&L responsibility.
  • Experience managing contracts against KPIs, SLAs and customer expectations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at senior client level.
  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety, compliance, risk management and audit processes.
  • The ability to lead through change, solve complex operational challenges and deliver continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication, influencing and decision-making skills.

Desirable

  • IOSH Managing Safely (or equivalent) as a minimum; NEBOSH National General Certificate or a higher-level Health & Safety qualification would be advantageous.
  • Membership of IWFM, RICS or another relevant professional body.
