What You Will Do
- Keep the catering operation running smoothly across busy Saturday shifts.
- Oversee tasks, maintain presentation standards and ensure all areas stay clean and welcoming.
- Prepare and serve food safely, following all hygiene regulations.
- Assist with set‑up, service and clear‑down for weekend hospitality functions.
- Complete required health & safety, food safety and temperature checks.
- Work across different catering areas to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Promote a professional, friendly environment and lead by example.
What You Bring
- Previous experience in a catering, hospitality or customer service environment.
- A positive, proactive and hands-on approach to work.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy setting.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional manner.
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and health & safety.
- A reliable, self-motivated and hardworking attitude.
- Flexibility and a willingness to support different areas of the catering operation when required.
