We're looking for a Hospitality& Events Supervisor to join our team and help deliver outstanding hospitality experiences across a wide range of events, from sporting fixtures and school celebrations to conferences, summer programmes and commercial events.
What You Will Do
- Oversee the replenishment of food and maintain clean, organised service areas to a high standard
- Support the preparation, presentation, and service of food in line with Sodexo’s quality expectations
- Assist with stock rotation, labelling, and food safety compliance
- Provide warm, professional customer service to students, staff, and visitors
- Work collaboratively with the wider catering team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures, contributing to a safe working environment
What You Bring
- Experience working in a busy kitchen or catering environment, ideally serving large numbers
- Ability to follow recipes, portion guidelines, and food presentation standards
- A positive, reliable, and professional approach to teamwork
- Understanding of food safety, allergen awareness, and hygiene practices
- Confidence working under pressure during busy service periods
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer‑focused attitude
- Basic food handling certifications, such as:
- NVQ Level 2
- Level 2 Food Safety Certificate
- At least one year of hands‑on catering or kitchen experience (Training in Food Hygiene and Health & Safety is provided)
