Set within 35 acres of beautiful grounds in the heart of Abingdon and just 8 miles from Oxford, Abingdon School Foundation combines over 750 years of history with a modern and ambitious outlook. We're looking for a Hospitality & Events Supervisor to join our team and help deliver outstanding hospitality experiences across a wide range of events, from sporting fixtures and school celebrations to conferences, summer programmes and commercial events.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Leading hospitality teams during events and functions
  • Delivering exceptional experiences for guests, visitors and clients
  • Supporting event planning, set-up, service and operational delivery
  • Maintaining high standards of presentation, service and organisation

What You Will Bring

  • Experience in hospitality, catering, events or customer service
  • Previous experience leading, supervising or supporting a team
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A positive, hands-on approach and a passion for great service
