Barista / Food Service Assistant – Unilever Campus
Job Introduction
As a Barista / Food Service Assistant at Sodexo at Sunlight House, Unilever Campus in Kingston upon Thames, you’ll help create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for everyone you serve.
You’ll use your barista experience and customer service skills to prepare and serve beverages and food, operate tills, maintain stock levels and ensure the service area is clean, organised and ready for customers.

What you’ll do
- Prepare and serve high-quality hot and cold drinks and food items.
- Deliver excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate tills and handle customer transactions accurately.
- Support stock placement, replenishment and rotation.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and presentation.
- Work effectively as part of the wider catering team.
- Follow all health, safety and food safety procedures.
What you bring
- Previous barista experience is essential.
- Barista training is desirable.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Confidence operating tills and handling transactions.
- Good understanding of stock placement and rotation.
- A positive, reliable and team-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy customer-facing environment.
