Deliver exceptional coffee and customer service

Sodexo is looking for a friendly, professional and experienced Barista to join our hospitality team at a busy corporate workplace in Dublin 2.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering a high-quality coffee and hospitality service, creating a welcoming experience for colleagues, clients and visitors throughout the day.

What you’ll do:

• Prepare and serve a range of high-quality coffee and hot beverages to a consistent standard

• Deliver friendly, professional and efficient customer service at the coffee bar

• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming coffee service area throughout the day

• Prepare and replenish the coffee bar, ensuring all equipment, ingredients and service items are ready

• Maintain excellent standards of food safety, hygiene and presentation

• Follow allergen and food handling procedures at all times

• Monitor stock levels and ensure ingredients and consumables are replenished as required

• Support the wider hospitality team with food service, events and other duties when required

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service

• Respond positively to customer requests and help create a professional workplace experience

What you’ll bring:

• Previous barista or coffee service experience is desirable

• Good knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service

• A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service

• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation

• Good understanding of food hygiene and allergen requirements

• Excellent communication skills and a professional manner

• A positive, proactive and flexible approach

• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team
