  • Lead biodiversity and nature-positive projects aligned with the All-Ireland Pollinator Plan and local community partnerships.
  • Develop and support greener transport initiatives, including active travel and lower-carbon commuting options.
  • Establish effective sustainability data tracking, KPI reporting, and governance processes.
  • Identify innovative opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives across the Ireland portfolio.

About You

We are seeking a motivated sustainability professional who can influence stakeholders, manage multiple projects, and deliver meaningful environmental improvements in a complex operational environment.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Experience delivering sustainability or environmental programmes within corporate, industrial, or regulated environments.
  • Strong project and programme management capability.
  • Experience managing sustainability initiatives across areas such as energy, waste, biodiversity, engagement, or sustainable travel.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience tracking sustainability KPIs.
  • Ability to influence behavioural change and engage frontline teams and leadership.
  • Practical, solutions-focused mindset with strong organisational skills.
  • Willingness to travel to other Ireland sites when required.

Desirable

  • Qualification in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related discipline.
