Sodexo embeds a strong safety culture in everything we do. There will be company procedures to follow alongside our Health & Safety practices, so it is vital that you'll champion this.

What you'll do

• Ensure that all stock is checked in including heavy deliveries such as Beer Kegs and Co2 Gas canisters
• Put all deliveries away in the correct storage areas and ensure that stock is rotated at all times.
• Ensure that the storerooms, fridges, freezers and any other storage areas are kept clean and clear at all times with all floors to be swept and mopped daily.
• Communicate product, service and customer issues to Sodexo, so that corrective action can be taken in a timely manner
• Attend training sessions and staff meetings as requested
• Support where necessary in the kitchen during service times
  

What you'll bring

• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in a food handling environment advantageous
• Ability to adhere to Health and Safety practices
• Good customer service skills
• Flexible attitude
