Job Introduction

As a Security Officer at Sodexo based at Unilever Port Sunlight in Wirral, you’ll play an important role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for everyone on site.

You’ll be part of a professional security team, providing a visible and reassuring presence while supporting the day-to-day security of the site. You’ll need to be alert, dependable and confident when dealing with employees, visitors and any security-related situations that may arise.

What you’ll do

• Provide a professional and visible security presence across the site.
• Monitor site activity and help maintain a safe and secure working environment.
• Control access to the premises in line with site procedures.
• Respond appropriately to security incidents, alarms and emergencies.
• Complete regular patrols and security checks as required.
• Provide a professional and helpful service to employees, visitors and contractors.
• Follow all site security, health and safety procedures.
• Accurately report and record incidents or concerns when required.

Package Description

• Security Officer
• £14.49 per hour
• 40 hours per week
• Permanent, full-time
• Two days, two nights, four days off
• Three 18-day breaks built into the fixed rota
• 1 position available
• Site based at Unilever Port Sunlight, Wirral
