What You'll Do
- Food Preparation & Compliance: Prepare and store food items in line with Hospital and Sodexo standards, ensuring quality and safety.
- Stock Management: Receive deliveries, manage inventory, and implement stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Safety & Hygiene: Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to hygiene and uniform guidelines.
- Customer Engagement: Provide outstanding service, promote our brands, and suggest additional products to enhance the customer experience.
- Transaction Handling: Operate tills accurately, manage revenue, and keep precise records.
- Continuous Development: Participate in training sessions and performance reviews to foster personal growth.
What You Bring
- Experience: Background in food service within a fast-paced setting.
- Certifications: Level 2 Food Safety certification is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication abilities, effective time management, and organisational skills.
- Attitude: A proactive approach to learning, self-motivation, and a collaborative spirit.
