This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, detail-oriented and confident using IT systems to build a career within records management, compliance and administration. No previous pharmaceutical or archiving experience is required – full training will be provided.

Working as part of a small, close-knit and diverse team, you'll play an important role in supporting GSK's world-leading Research & Development activities by ensuring critical records and archived materials are managed accurately, securely and in line with regulatory requirements.

  • Performing quality checks to ensure information is complete, accurate and compliant
  • Managing physical and electronic records in accordance with established procedures
  • Supporting document scanning and digital record creation
  • Retrieving archived materials and responding to customer requests
  • Maintaining accurate audit trails and archive tracking records
  • Conducting routine archive facility and equipment checks
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders and third-party contractors
  • Supporting compliance with regulatory and quality standards within a pharmaceutical environment
  • What We're Looking For

This role would suit someone with experience in administration, document control, records management, data processing or another detail-focused environment.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is:

    • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
    • IT literate and confident learning and using multiple software systems
    • Comfortable working with large volumes of information and data
    • Able to maintain accuracy whilst working at pace
    • Adaptable and open to change in a dynamic working environment
    • A strong team player who enjoys collaborating with others
    • Proactive, dependable and eager to learn
    • Customer-focused with strong communication skills
    • Committed to delivering high standards of quality and compliance
  • You'll also have:

    • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
    • Previous administration or records-based experience would be advantageous but is not essential
