  • Leading operational activity on event days, ensuring exceptional standards of service and guest experience.

Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, racecourse teams and key stakeholders.
  • Acting as a central point of contact throughout the event lifecycle.
  • Conducting pre-event planning meetings and ensuring client expectations are exceeded.

Planning & Coordination

  • Managing the development and approval of event layouts and temporary structure plans to ensure operational effectiveness and compliance.
  • Collaborating with internal departments and external partners to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Supporting the Catering Services Director with wider business projects and initiatives.

Continuous Improvement

  • Conducting post-event reviews and evaluations.
  • Gathering feedback, analysing outcomes and identifying opportunities to enhance future events.
  • Producing detailed reports and recommendations for stakeholders.
