As a Concierge / Porter, you will be the go-to point of contact across our corporate site, ensuring seamless office services, supporting events, and delivering a professional and welcoming experience for employees and visitors.

This is a varied, hands-on role combining concierge services, meeting room coordination, event support, and light porterage duties.

What you’ll do

Workplace & Concierge Services

• Provide a welcoming, professional front-of-house experience for employees, clients, and visitors

• Act as the single point of contact for workplace queries and assistance

• Support visitor management, including issuing access passes and directing guests

• Conduct daily floor walks and report maintenance issues to the helpdesk

• Maintain a tidy, professional reception and office environment

Meeting Room & Porterage Support

• Prepare meeting rooms to required standards, including furniture setup and reconfiguration

• Check AV equipment, cabling, air conditioning and presentation materials are ready for use

• Ensure meeting rooms meet health & safety standards and are free from hazards

• Undertakes light manual handling and porterage requests as required

Event & Workplace Experience Support

• Act as the primary contact for on-site events and functions

• Coordinate event space bookings and ensure smooth delivery from start to finish

• Liaise with internal teams and service partners to meet event requirements

• Support events that may occasionally occur outside normal hours

Compliance & Safety

• Promote and maintain a safe, compliant working environment

• Complete safety walks and report hazards or faults

• Ensure site rules and environmental procedures are followed

What you’ll bring

• A strong customer-focused approach and passion for service excellence

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail

• Ability to work proactively and solve problems independently

• Physically fit and able to undertake light manual handling tasks

• Flexibility to support events when required

Desirable

• Experience in concierge, facilities, hospitality, or workplace services

• Experience supporting events or coordinating services

• Computer literacy and familiarity with office systems
