Are you an experienced supply chain professional looking for a role where you can make a real impact? Join Sodexo as our Operational Supply Chain Lead and take ownership of a diverse and strategically important supplier network.

In this key leadership position, you will lead the Operational Supply Chain Management Team and oversee the performance, compliance and delivery of around 30 Facilities Management (FM) and specialist suppliers. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our supply chain consistently meets contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and wider contract obligations.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and commercially minded supply chain professional to influence supplier performance, drive continuous improvement and ensure operational excellence across a complex and diverse supply chain.

What you'll do:

  • Lead and support the Operational Supply Chain Management Team.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients, stakeholders and supply chain partners.
  • Manage supplier performance through regular reviews and Performance Management Boards.
  • Monitor and manage FM supplier performance against SLAs, KPIs and service requirements.
  • Identify and resolve performance issues, putting mitigation plans in place where needed.
  • Ensure service issues, performance deductions and corrective actions are followed through to resolution.
  • Escalate issues when required and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.
  • Work closely with the Intelligent Service Centre Helpdesk to support effective service delivery and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with the Contract Management and Supply Chain teams to deliver client objectives.

What you bring:

  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to influence, support and drive positive outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Good working knowledge of reporting and business intelligence tools, including Power BI.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise and manage competing workloads effectively.
  • Ability to work independently from a defined brief, using initiative and sound judgement with minimal supervision.
  • Experience designing, developing and maintaining complex data models to improve business processes, reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • High attention to detail, with a strong focus on data quality and accuracy.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, with experience reviewing processes and implementing more efficient ways of working.
