Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 22:00 – 06:00
Pay: £12.71 per hour

Job Introduction

Sodexo is seeking a reliable and professional Night Shift Cleaner to join our team at the Thermo Fisher Scientific site in Paisley.

This role supports the delivery of high-quality facilities management services within a regulated life sciences environment. Initially, your focus will be on maintaining excellent cleaning standards across office spaces and general areas, including corridors, toilets, and communal areas.

As part of a structured development pathway, there will be opportunities to receive training in specialist industrial and factory cleaning, supporting wider operations on site.

What you’ll do

• Carry out scheduled cleaning tasks across offices, corridors, toilets, and communal areas

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in line with site and regulatory requirements

• Ensure all areas are presented to a professional standard for staff and visitors

• Follow health, safety, and sanitation procedures at all times

• Respond to additional cleaning requests as required during shift

• Work collaboratively with the wider facilities team to support site operations

What you’ll bring

• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided

• A reliable and professional approach, with good attention to detail

• Ability to work independently during night shifts as well as part of a team

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal

• Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills

• Interest in developing into industrial and factory cleaning disciplines over time
