Pay: £14.80 to £15.61 per hour, depending on experience
Working pattern: Matchdays
We are looking for confident and enthusiastic Mixologists to join our team at Craven Cottage on matchdays. You will prepare and serve drinks to supporters and guests, bringing energy, care and excellent service to the matchday experience.
You will be comfortable working in a busy environment, enjoy engaging with guests and take pride in serving every drink to a high standard.
Prepare and serve cocktails and other drinks accurately and efficiently.
Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
Share knowledge of drinks and make recommendations when asked.
Keep the bar clean, organised and well stocked throughout service.
Follow responsible alcohol service, licensing and health and safety procedures.
Work closely with colleagues to deliver smooth and efficient service.
Support with bar set up, close down and matchday preparations.
Handle payments accurately and follow cash and till procedures.
Experience preparing cocktails and serving drinks in a busy bar or hospitality setting.
Good knowledge of spirits, cocktail techniques and drink presentation.
A warm, confident approach with strong communication skills.
The ability to stay organised and work well under pressure.
A reliable, flexible and positive attitude.
A team focused approach and a genuine interest in delivering great service.
