Constance restaurant is looking for a Beverage Manager to be part of this experience. From the relaxed enjoyment of a beautifully prepared drink to the atmosphere of premium hospitality at Fulham FC, this is a setting that brings together the precision of fine dining and the excitement of live sport.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead beverage operations at Constance, delivering exceptional drinks and service standards that complement the restaurant’s dining experience.
  • Oversee matchday beverage operations across Constance, Originals, Thames Bar and Water’s Edge, maintaining quality and efficiency during busy service periods.
  • Lead, train and develop the beverage team, building product knowledge, confidence and a consistently high standard of guest service.
  • Manage stock, ordering and supplier relationships, ensuring product availability, accurate inventory records and minimal wastage.
  • Control beverage labour costs and achieve gross profit targets in line with agreed budgets.
  • Maintain compliance with licensing, food safety and health and safety requirements, ensuring clean, safe and well-organised bar areas.
  • Work closely with the Restaurant Manager, Head Sommelier and kitchen team to deliver a seamless food and beverage experience.
  • Collaborate with Fulham FC and Partnership teams to deliver matchday beverage activations, premium serves and product launches that enhance the guest experience.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience managing beverage operations, ideally within a Michelin level restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of beverage products, including wines, spirits, and cocktails.
  • Experience in managing bar stock, inventory, and ordering processes.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and licensing regulations related to beverage service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests and resolve issues promptly.
  • Flexibility to work during peak periods, including weekends, evenings, and matchdays, as required by the business.
