We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Operative to join our team with Sodexo. This is a fantastic role for a customer-focused individual looking to be part of a world-leading food and facilities management company, offering excellent opportunities for career development and progression.
What You'll Do:
- Carry out all general and routine maintenance tasks across the site
- Ensure planned preventative maintenance is completed in line with scheduled work requests
- Follow the company’s quality management system, including all relevant quality assurance procedures and work instructions
- Support additional tasks as required to meet the needs of the business
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
- Respond promptly to reasonable requests from management
What You Bring:
- Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong, task-focused approach
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks based on customer needs
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to remain calm under pressure
- Physically fit, with basic maintenance knowledge (e.g. plumbing, lamp changing – desirable)
