Services Manager (catering and cleaning)

Job Introduction

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your career within Sodexo. We are currently looking for a first class operator to become a services manager, overseeing the delivery of all soft services on site at Kneller Hall barracks in Twickenham. This is your chance to develop your management skills working in a highly customer focused environment.

Role Responsibility

Accountable for services including catering, retail, hospitality and leisure
Management of client relationships and expectations. Maintain formal and informal communications with Clients and Customers
To manage all aspects of Health & Safety, Environment and Quality Assurance.
Leadership of a team of 6 direct reports
Company Compliance. To ensure that the company/contract accountancy, documentation, audits and administration procedures are carried out to the company standard.
Legislative compliance. Ensuring that all aspects of the business are conducted in accordance with all relevant statutory requirements and Codes of Practice.
Have full control over the profit & loss account, including the proper control of costs and resources.

The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience of relevant soft service management
A Qualification or relevant experience in Business Management.
Management knowledge of HSWA, IOSH and COSHH.
Proven experience of managing long-term client relationships
Proven track record of leading, managing and developing a team
Proven ability to develop new business opportunities
A high level of computer literacy
Driving licence is essential
