FM Administrator
Job Introduction
Sodexo is looking for a dedicated and detail-driven Maintenance Administration Operative to support the smooth operation of our Maintenance Department at HMP Forest Bank. You’ll be responsible for ensuring all administrative processes run efficiently, including managing maintenance records, supporting contractors, and working with CAFM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain electronic files, records, and training logs
Support booking and compliance documentation for external contractors
Operate CAFM (Maximo), managing planned/reactive maintenance tasks
Raise purchase orders, permits, and manage contractor documentation (RAMS, SSOW)
Support the Deputy Facilities Manager and wider maintenance team
Cover for other admin staff during absences
General admin duties, including minute-taking and reporting
What We’re Looking For:
Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel and Word
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident communicator and team player
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Experience working in a compliance or standards-based environment is a plus
Knowledge of CAFM systems (e.g. Maximo) desirable
