Senior Facilities Manager (Hard Services) 

Up to 75,000 Euros +10% annual bonus

Sodexo is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager (Hard Services) to join our team in Dublin, Ireland, at a one-of-a-kind, state-of-the-art office of a global leading IT company. This is more than just a workplace—it's an innovation hub that fosters collaboration, cutting-edge technology, and an unparalleled work environment.

What you’ll do:

• Manage Technical Services and Cluster Sites, collaborating with Soft Services and Event Management across Ireland.
• Drive service excellence through innovative solutions while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sustainability standards.
• Oversee Technical and Remote Site Operations, managing subcontractors to deliver exceptional service.
• Engage with senior management and clients, ensuring full adherence to MSA, SLA, and regulatory requirements.
• Support business growth, identifying and recommending additional services to enhance client satisfaction.
• Ensure contract delivery within commercial and legal terms, optimizing profitability and cost efficiency.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Sodexo as an employer of choice and upholding global standards

What You Bring:

• Extensive experience in an outsourced integrated facilities management environment.
• Strong ability to build and manage client relationships, with a commercial mindset.
• Proven leadership in managing teams and multiple contractors effectively.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications (preferred).
• Familiarity with Sodexo systems and processes (an advantage).
• Familiarity with Sodexo systems and processes (an advantage).
