Sodexo is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager (Hard Services) to join our team in Dublin, Ireland, at a one-of-a-kind, state-of-the-art office of a global leading IT company. As a strategic leader reporting to the Country FM Lead, you will oversee Technical Services and Cluster Sites, ensuring service excellence, compliance, and sustainability in a truly unique facility. What you’ll do:
- Manage Technical Services and Cluster Sites, collaborating with Soft Services and Event Management across Ireland.
- Drive service excellence through innovative solutions while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sustainability standards.
- Oversee Technical and Remote Site Operations, managing subcontractors to deliver exceptional service.
- Engage with senior management and clients, ensuring full adherence to MSA, SLA, and regulatory requirements.
- Support business growth, identifying and recommending additional services to enhance client satisfaction.
- Ensure contract delivery within commercial and legal terms, optimizing profitability and cost efficiency.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Sodexo as an employer of choice and upholding global standards
What You Bring:
- Extensive experience in an outsourced integrated facilities management environment.
- Strong ability to build and manage client relationships, with a commercial mindset.
- Proven leadership in managing teams and multiple contractors effectively.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications (preferred).
- Familiarity with Sodexo systems and processes (an advantage).
