Sodexo Justice Services at HMP & YOI Peterborough is seeking a Senior Education Administrator to lead and manage our Education, Skills & Work Administration Team. This pivotal role ensures the smooth and compliant delivery of educational services within a unique and rewarding environment.
What you’ll do:
Lead and support a small team of administrators, driving high standards of performance and professionalism
Oversee education data systems (NOMIS, Curious), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness
Coordinate with teaching staff, internal departments, and external providers to manage timetables, bookings, and learner attendance
Uphold all relevant policies, including safeguarding, GDPR, and equality and diversity standards
Analyse performance data and contribute to continuous service improvements
What you’ll bring:
Proven supervisory or team leadership experience (essential)
Strong administrative skills, ideally in education, justice, or other regulated settings
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
Confidence using digital systems and generating performance reports
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and commitment to high standards
