Performance Analyst

Job Introduction

We are currently recruiting a Performance Analyst to work from our offices in Leeds. Reporting into a Senior Performance Analyst; the Performance Analyst will support the team in gathering, manipulating and analysing data in relevant formats and in reporting on the performance of KPIs for all accounts against Service Level Agreements. You will also collaborate with others in reviewing performance-related systems and services; assist in identifying improvements and assist with the delivery and implementation of these. This role would suit candidates with solid demonstrable experience of gathering and analysing data and excellent working knowledge of MS Office; particularly excel.

Role Responsibility

Gather data from stakeholders
Deliver standard routine reports (Daily/Weekly/Monthly)
Respond to ad-hoc requests for data/information/analysis
Provide commentary, insight and recommendations based on routine and ad-hoc reports
Identify opportunities for new reporting to support clients objectives
Support your colleagues with their work load
Identify opportunities for improvements to existing processes

The Ideal Candidate

Essential

Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel)
Sufficient and relevant experience within a similar role
Ideally with a background in Reporting and the use of datasets
Experience of working with internal/external customers and building effective working relationships
Able to plan and prioritise own workload

Desirable

Experience of the Facilities Management industry
Working experience of Cognos reporting
Relevant professional qualification
