Mailroom Assistant

Job Introduction

Sodexo have an excellent opportunity for a Mailroom Operator to join our Worthing site and join our wonderful team. 

About the role

  • Driving the mailroom van between sites for deliveries and collections
  • Receiving, sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail and shipments
  • Use of franking machines
  • Use of booking and tracking system
  • Dealing with enquiries from the client, face to face, on the telephone and via email/IM
  • Filing and retrieving documents, within an established filing system
  • Booking and receipt of courier items
  • Processing of archive files and tracking signature movements using the onsite computer systems.

 

A few things about you 

  • Full Clean Driving Licence essential
  • Maintain and build excellent client/customer relationships
  • Hospitality experience or Customer Care experience
  • Experience delivering Service Excellence
  • Ensure a clean and tidy work area at all times
  • Ensure effective communication with line manager, team, customer and client organisation
  • Maintain all areas of responsibility to the set service standards and in line with applicable service offer

Package Description

Permanent Fulltime Position 

Monday – Thursday 08:00 – 17:00 and Friday 08:00 – 16:00 – 39 hours per week

Pay : €23,870 per annum + Sodexo Benefits
